His career spans Michelin-starred restaurants, private châteaux, five-star hotels, and landmark collaborations across France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Asia, and the United States.

Today, through Ephemere Los Angeles, he channels that expertise into his own vision, creating private experiences and cultural moments for a discerning clientele.
